Installing and maintaining fire protection systems in such a diverse range of settings presents a number of unique challenges for our engineering team, and we do our utmost to understand the concerns of the businesses we work with. Naturally, quality and reliability of the installation is always our top priority to ensure that the system is fit to do the job it is intended to do. Blue Shield is an ISO 9001 company, member of the British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association and British Safety Council and all of our staff are fully certified, holding CSCS cards, PASMA and IPAF certificates. In addition, all of our work is fully insured, with public liability insurance of £10 million, employer's liability insurance of £10 million, and professional indemnity insurance of £2 million.

From the initial design right through to installation and subsequent maintenance, all fire protection projects are planned to cause you the absolute minimum disruption; we keep massive levels of stock at our Tring, Hertfordshire stores and pre-fabricate custom systems in-house to avoid costly or inconvenient delays.

For many of our customers, particularly in the retail sectory, we know that aesthetics are also an important consideration of any fire protection system. With this in mind we are able to design our systems to blend in with the fabric of the building and our powder-coated fire sprinklers can be colour-matched to corporate colours or paint scheme as requested.
